The outgoing QSL service is available to CARS members only.

Before sending the cards please ensure:

• Where appropriate, you have written the QSL Manager's callsign clearly on your QSL card. This is an important step to ensure correct routing of your QSLs. You can use the following resources (and others) to check QSL manager details:

  - IK3QAR
• Do not enclose QSLs for stations who only QSL direct - details may be found in the above resources.
• Unless a station has a manager, do not enclose QSLs for stations in countries which do not have a functioning bureau - see below for details.
• Group your cards by country, eg all the cards with 2, G and M  callsigns should be grouped together, as these are all to be sent to the RSGB.
• Sort the country groups alphabetically, by main prefix for the country. Thus, country groups should be in the following order: 3A, 3V, 4S, 4X, 5B.......G..... until Z3, ZB, ZC4, ZL, ZP, ZS.
• Enclose payment of 2c per card, or a little more if your cards weigh more than 2.8gm. Payment must be in Euro - cash only, no cheques, please. IRCs and $US are no longer acceptable.
• Write the number of QSLs and payment on a slip of paper, and enclose the slip with the cards and payment.
